I can research the history of constellations. My research will delve into the stories and the myths associated with each constellation. I will create my own constellation either changing the story of a real constellation or creating one on my own.
Draco the Dragon
Back in the time of Draco's star Thuban the star which is the star that is the Alpha highlight of Draco the Dragon, was the pole star, it would have appeared to ancient sky watchers that the Earth revolved around Draco which is in the Northern sky. “Dragons and other similar creatures often played a role in creation myths.”
Lyra the Harp
Lyra the harp is said to be the magic harp this was given to Orpheus who is a musician and a wonderful singer. This harp is said to be given to him by Apollo who is his father and the god of Art. This harp played music that charmed every person and animal around, and most of all, the beautiful nymph, meaning minor goddess of nature, Eurydice. Over time Orpheus married the beautiful Eurydice. After living her life she died. Orpheus was so sad that even Pluto who was the ruler of the underworld took pity on him. Pluto offered Orpheus the chance to carry Eurydice out of Hades and have her once again. The only condition was that Orpheus must not gaze at his beloved until he was out of the underworld. This he could not do, and once he turned his eyes upon her, she vanished and he never saw her again. After Orpheus died, Jupiter placed his harp in the sky.
There once was a big blob that was named the BLOB; BLOB was jealous because Orion the hunter was the most handsome men ever so the BLOB tried to eat him. He also happened to be a very good hunter. Obviously that did not go over so well with Orion when the BLOB tried to eat him. Orion decided to fight back and set BLOB straight and tells him and should him what he wanted to. This fight turned into an even bigger fight everyone and thing took sides in was the biggest fight ever. Everyone was on either one side or the other and if you were not you was killed. That means that there were a lot of arguments and more fighting between the sides. This went on for a very long time and there were some very bad things that happened in that time. After a while the BLOB'S team made a team name up and called themselves the "BLOB MONSTERS". All of the BLOB'S helpers were called the "MINIATURE BLOB'S". Also Orion had a team name "Team Domination", Orion's little helpers called themselves the "Lil Champs".
The biggest fight was starting to come to the end. In the last little bit of this fight the teams were very evenly matched; that either the BLOB or Orion could win but there will only be one winner. When all the "MINIATURE BLOB'S" and “Lil Champs" died. It finally was time for the BLOB and Orion to fight in out. This was what everyone has been waiting for the end: the end to all things. This fight started one snowing and miserable day and is going to end in the hottest with the highest temperatures of the year. Today is the day: today is the day that Orion made the first move by coming to the BLOS’ land to start the fight. When doing that BLOB was to start and came out and surprised him. However Orion was quicker and came out and killed the BLOB. Right after doing this he exploded into 1 million pieces. BLOB and Orion were the only two people left on the world. Now that BLOB is dead and exploded into one million pieces in the sky, Orion has nothing to live for. Orion kills himself and becomes part of the million dots in the along with BLOB. In our night sky you can see Orion and all of the rest of the dots were once part of BLOB.
History of the Constellations
There are 88 groupings of stars called constellations. This constellations just stars in the sky until the Greek people long ago decide to connect the stars and make up some crazy myths up. When the Greek connected the stars most of them did not look anything like they thought of. The Greek only made up 48 of the 88 constellations. All of them constellations were named on the Latin language. They did this because Latin was the language of learning. Also for thousands of year people used the constellations to guide them from place to place.
Author's Notes
When doing this I found that there were a lot of different types and versions of every myth. Also that at almost every different site I went to it gave my something different about that constellations. If I would do this again there is nothing that i would change about it.

Proficiency #4
I can analyze the origins of our solar system. Starting with the sun, my research will emphasize how our solar system formed, the differences between inner planets and outer planets, and analyze the future of our sun and the solar system.
When doing this proficiency I run into some problems so of them being that could not make the text color very easy to read some times. Also that it seems that you can's publish a Photo Story and that is also a problem. There is a way to fix that one, the answers is to hit the preview button, it is smaller but it is fine. Overall I am excited about learning about the sun and the planet and how the solar system was formed.

I personally do not believe that any of these things will really happen because I do not think that is is possible for the Universe to dome crashing in. However I believe that when the sun becomes a red giant and eats mercury and Venus. Then turn into a black hole that is how I think it will end. Also when there is not sun we will not be able to live so all the Humans will die.

I can effectively explain the different theories of the universe. I will discuss theories starting from Ancient Greece through the theories discussed in present day. I will analyze all theories and make a judgment based on my research on which is most valid.
Everyone thought that the Earth was flat. They also were afraid that they would fall of the end of the Earth. The Ancient Greeks later found out that the world was a sphere. When fining this out it would have questioned what else is space and everything else.
Starting at 1497 Nicolaus Copernicus was a very important person in evolving our knowledge of Space and the Universe today. He came up with own 7 arguments of the universe as he called them. The man one was that everything does not revolve around Earth but around the Sun. When proving this it took him over 30 years to prove that all of the 7 things that he thought were really true.
There are many theories about how the Universe will end. One of the theories is called the “The Crunch.” This theory explains how they think that when the Universe ends that it will come crushing and in and make a big crunch. After this happened that a black hole will form.
Like I said before there are many different theories, and I have another one for you. This one is about 2012. Some people believe that is 2012 the Universe will end. This theory says that the mayan calendar ends and that means that it is time that the Universe end. There are many other theories about 2012,for example the Christians think in that in 2012, God will come back Earth and take the ones who belive to heaven and then the world will end.

I can analyze the differences between comets, asteroids, meteors and moons. I will research orbits and discuss differences of what we see from the Earth’s surface (phases). I will analyze the effect the moon’s orbit has on our planet. I will predict what would happen if Earth had a 2nd moon or the distance to the moon was increased or decreased.
Author's Note-
When doing this proficiency I happened to have some problems. For example I was almost done with my vuvox I forgot to save it so I had to start over. Otherwise this was a very in joy abele project. This proficiency had a lot of research involved in it.
